We provide interior and exterior trashout services for abandoned and foreclosed properties. This includes occupancy verification, board-ups, re-key/securing, lockbox installation, yard maintenance, and winterization. Photographic documentation before, during and after services will be provided.
Upon receipt of work orders the initial services will begin:
- Occupancy check within 24 hours
- All locks changed within 24 hours
- Board up within 24 hours
- Debris removal within 72 hours
- Lawn care service within 72 hours
- Date stamped photography documentation (before / during / after) provided for services performed. Update / completion reports will be provided per request.
Our Trash-Out Service includes removal of all discarded belongings, trash, furniture, and broken household items.
Interior Clean-up includes cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen, appliances, light fixtures, fans, windows, baseboards and floors.
Exterior Clean-Up includes lawn mowing, edging, trimming of hedges, bushes, small trees, raking, and cutting of any low-hanging branches.
Bi-Weekly Property Inspection Service includes security check, lawn mowing, edging, sprinklers, snow removal, damage report, and notification of posted code violations.
We will remove any vehicles abandoned to help ensure the lived-in look of the property.
